UMB Signs Contract with Corvirtus

UMB, rated the # 1 regional bank by Forbes Magazine, recently contracted with Corvirtus to develop hiring assessments for use system-wide. This follows a highly successful pilot in which Corvirtus assessments were tested in three UMB banks. The assessments were highly correlated with retention and customer service. The assessments are part of an initiative to operationalize UMB’s enterprise-wide emphasis on creating the “ultimate” customer experience.
