Creating Positive Employee Experience Pays Off

Successful organizations know how to execute a memorable customer experience. However, great customer experiences don’t just happen as a result of great products and spot-on pricing; it is your people who deliver your brand. Because your employees are so essential to your success, wise organizations focus on the experiences they create for their people and strive to build employee pride and loyalty.

Revamped Hiring Processes Net $35M in Savings over Five Years

As part of an enterprise-wide strategy to become a “cult brand,” a large restaurant chain scrutinized its hiring processes. The restaurant sought to reduce restaurant employee turnover, which exceeded industry averages, and focus new hiring on identifying employees with the characteristics that fit the company culture and who would perform at high levels and deliver consistently superior customer service.

This case study details how Corvirtus worked with this 1,000+ unit restaurant company to revamp its hiring processes. Over five years, the company dramatically reduced its turnover, gained significant market prominence and saved an estimated $35M a year.
