Spotlight: 360° Performance Scan

This scientifically-based assessment measures job performance and delivers practical feedback for improvement. The assessment identifies strengths, diagnoses problems and offers concrete suggestions for under-utilized strengths or identified weaknesses.

Managers can use the 360° Performance Scan to drive one-on-one development meetings and structure development plans around recommendations. Progress is easily measured by conducting a second performance scan and comparing results.
The 360° Performance Scan includes communication plans that cover the purpose of the tool, the methodology used and expectations for results. Managers or development coaches can be trained to support feedback and leverage results for development activities and succession planning.
