moreDenver’s 9NEWS, a Fox affiliate, recently interviewed Corvirtus on research conducted on the use of online applications by a major restaurant chain, revealing substantial impact on application volume. The interview covered benefits resulting from the introduction of online applications, including higher retention rates, increased customer satisfaction and higher store revenues. Also great news, Abuelo’s, a Corvirtus customer since 2008, was recently rated as the nation’s top Mexican chain restaurant in a biennial survey conducted by Consumer Reports. The scores were based on four categories, including taste, service, mood and value.
