Marta Erhard co-founded Corvirtus in 1985. Today, Corvirtus’ employment assessments and stakeholder surveys are used by organizations ranging from large corporations to not-for-profits - in 26 countries.
Under Marta’s leadership, Corvirtus has earned numerous awards for excellence, including the Carlson Companies President's Diamond Star Award (never before awarded to an external entity) and the Purveyor of the Decade Award from OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC.
Prior to founding Corvirtus, Marta worked in operations and human resources for several private firms. She also has served in leadership positions for numerous boards including Goodwill Industries of Colorado Springs, The Chancellor’s Leadership Class at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak United Way, Colorado Festival of World Theatre and a privately held company in Canada. For her contributions to the leadership programs on Colorado College and University campuses, Marta received the Colorado Leadership Alliance Award for Outstanding Friend.
In addition, Marta has lent her expertise to professional organizations including the Women’s Foodservice Forum, the American Beverage Institute, the National Restaurant Association and the Multi-Cultural Foodservice and Hospitality Association. She also has presented at various forums including the Harvard Business School’s Conference on Women in Business and the San Diego State School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Marta received an MA in personnel and employee relations from the University of South Carolina College of Business. She also attended graduate school at the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and earned a BA from Scripps College. In addition, Marta is a graduate of the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute at the Center for Creative Leadership.
