Leanne Buehler

Leanne joined Corvirtus in 2004 and is responsible for helping customers select, develop and retain talent. She has worked with companies of all sizes on hiring, retention and development projects, including the implementation and rollout of million-dollar hiring solutions. She is an expert in employee selection, development, engagement, competency modeling, performance management, leadership and training. 

Prior to joining Corvirtus, Leanne was an organizational development consultant for Applied Systems, an insurance technology company. She was responsible for evaluating and implementing organizational policies, processes and work methods to improve organizational effectiveness. She also implemented a wide variety of initiatives, including competency modeling, a customized performance management system and organizational restructuring. In addition, Leanne worked for the McDonald’s Corporation in its worldwide learning and development organization specializing in e-learning training programs, training evaluation and executive development.

Leanne holds a PhD and an MA in industrial and organizational psychology from DePaul University in Chicago. She earned a BA from Miami University, with concentrations in  psychology, Spanish and management.

She is involved with professional organizations including the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.  

Leanne loves to camp, hike, cook and drink micro-brewed beer. Leanne and her husband live with their two children in Colorado Springs.
