President and Chief Executive Officer
Marta Erhard co-founded Corvirtus in 1985. Today, Corvirtus’ employment assessments and stakeholder surveys are used by organizations ranging from large corporations to not-for-profits - in 26 countries.

Founder and Partner
Tom DeCotiis co-founded Corvirtus in 1985 to provide a range of innovative, science-based measurements and services that tie a company’s culture and core values to talent processes. Throughout his 30-year career, Tom has worked with organizations - from start-ups to Fortune 500s - to help them grow and succeed through a rigorous focus on company mission, values, business basics and stakeholder promises.

Bobby Baker, PhD
Vice President of Research and Development
Bobby is responsible for the development and delivery of Corvirtus’ assessment products. He is also part of the management team developing partnerships and product distribution strategies to bring Corvirtus’ solutions to new markets. Specializing in individual and organizational assessment methodologies, Bobby is an expert in employee selection, organizational measurement and survey design.

John Szypula, MS, MBA
Vice President of Strategy
John joined Corvirtus in 2002. He has led customer engagements in the construction, insurance, healthcare, restaurant, and grocery verticals, primarily focusing on vision development, culture-building, and strategic planning and execution. His work has taken him to North and South America, Asia, and Europe. As VP of Strategy, John develops and implements partnership and distribution strategies that bring Corvirtus’ unique solutions to new customers and new markets.

Leanne Buehler, PhD
Director of Experience Solutions
Leanne joined Corvirtus in 2004 and is responsible for helping customers select, develop and retain talent. She has worked with companies of all sizes on hiring, retention and development projects, including the implementation and rollout of million-dollar hiring solutions. She is an expert in employee selection, development, engagement, competency modeling, performance management, leadership and training.

Dawn Haas
Director of Information Services
Dawn leads Corvirtus’ information services team. Since joining the company in 1997, Dawn has been instrumental in developing numerous systems used by customers for candidate tracking, scoring and selection. She also is responsible for building and maintaining the company’s reliable and secure technology infrastructure.

Mark is responsible for all sales-related activities for Corvirtus. He brings more than eighteen years of experience selling integrated talent management solutions to companies in the construction, banking, service, retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical, healthcare, educational, government and technology sectors.
