Paige Graham, PhD

Director of Experience Solutions

Dr. Paige Graham joined Corvirtus in 2006 and serves as Director of Experience Solutions. Paige is responsible for helping Corvirtus customers apply solutions to improve growth through organizational and leadership assessment and development.

Paige earned her BA in College Scholars, emphasizing Psychology, Management, and Organizational Development, from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville in 1999. She earned her MA and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia in 2001 and 2004, respectively.

Prior to joining Corvirtus, Paige was a consultant with SHL USA Inc., in Princeton, New Jersey, where she specialized in assessment center development and delivery. She has worked with both public and private sector organizations, including numerous projects with the United States Government, pharmaceuticals, and the United States Postal Service. Paige has also worked with the Center for Creative Leadership on projects involving development, change management, and training adaptability.

Paige has published in Organizational Dynamics and Leadership in Action. She has also authored whitepapers and book chapters on topics including leadership, adaptability, e-leadership and e-teams, job performance in the service industry, developmental work experiences, and generational differences in the workplace.

Paige resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado and is involved with a number of professional organizations including the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, the American Society for Training and Development, and the American Psychological Association.
