Marta Erhard, MA  Founder and Chief Executive OfficerAn experienced business executive and expert in human resources, Marta Erhard co-founded Corvirtus in 1985 to provide high-level, specialized consulting distinguished by values-based and vision-directed strategies.
Her leadership has helped Corvirtus earn numerous awards for excellence, including the Carlson Companies President's Diamond Star Award (never before awarded to an external entity) and the Purveyor of the Decade Award from OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC. Prior to founding Corvirtus, Marta worked in operations and human resources in the private sector. Marta attended the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and received her MA in Personnel and Employee Relations from the College of Business at the University of South Carolina. She earned her BA from Scripps College. She is a member of numerous professional organizations and is engaged in local, national, and international boards.
