Founder and Partner
Experienced business executive and author, Dr. Tom DeCotiis co-founded Corvirtus in 1985 to provide high-level, specialized consulting which is distinguished by values-based and vision-directed strategies. He received his PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison before joining the faculty of Cornell University and, subsequently, moving to the University of South Carolina’s Daniels College of Business.

President and PartnerDr. David Hyatt, President and Partner, joined Corvirtus in 1998 as Director of Research and Measurement. He became President and Partner in 2006 and works closely with Corvirtus customers to align operations and marketing to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences. |
Vice PresidentDr. Bobby Baker joined Corvirtus in 2001 and serves as Vice President. Specializing in both individual and organizational assessment methodologies, he is an expert in employee selection, organizational measurement, and survey design. Additionally, he develops and analyzes complex employee-testing models to ensure both their effectiveness and compliance with legal requirements. |
Director of Experience Solutions
Dr. Paige Graham joined Corvirtus in 2006 and serves as Director of Experience Solutions. Paige is responsible for helping Corvirtus customers apply solutions to improve growth through organizational and leadership assessment and development.

Director of Information Services
Dawn Haas joined Corvirtus in 1997 and serves as Director of Information Services, where she oversees the technology needs of Corvirtus. Dawn leads the Information Services team and is responsible for forecasting technology trends and preparing for the needs of end-users, strategic alliance partners, and customers. She is also responsible for building and maintaining a reliable and secure infrastructure and developing user-friendly interfaces. During her career at Corvirtus, she has been instrumental in developing numerous systems, including automated fax-based selection scoring.

Director of FinanceShirley Kaplan joined Corvirtus in 1995 as Controller. She now serves as Director of Finance and leads the accounting department, overseeing the processing of revenue, expenditures, departmental budgets, payroll and employee benefit programs, the general ledger, and account maintenance. Shirley coordinates the preparation of financial statements, reports, and special financial analysis. |
